Carbon 60 are looking to recruit for a number of roles for its client based at their training centre in Moreton in Marsh

Instructor £35000 to £36000

Senior Instructor £38000 to £40000

Team Leader £40000 to £42000

Delivery excellence as an International Delivery Team Instructor
You will deliver instructional content and facilitates learning needs for a specific classroom population. Assists in the leading of the team and developing materials. Has a wide range of skills and qualifications to support the delivery of excelling courses.


To support the FSC International Delivery Management Team who are responsible to delivering a high-quality training experience to the FSC customers and delegates.

This role is also responsible for supporting the Team Leader, or in their absence, being the conduit between the Fire Service College and the International sales team to assist in developing offerings for new and existing international clients.

Further responsibilities include liaison with the Programming and Scheduling Team when planning resources, staff and timetable requirements, liaison with the sales team at point of sale to ensure full understanding of what is requested by the clients.


What you will be doing:


  • Maintain existing products taking ownership of products and work with the product manager and other teams to maintain our existing products
  • Develop new products assist the learning and development manager in the development of new products
  • Health and safety promoting a positive attitude towards the development and maintenance of Health and Safety culture

What we are looking for:


  • Accredited BA Instructor (Essential)
  • Accredited FBTI Instructor (Desirable)
  • Experience international arena( Desirable )
  • Has experience in a training reference, or achievement of a recognised teaching qualification, or is prepared to achieve one within 6 months of being in post.(Essential)
  • Qualified assessor or equivalent or is prepared to achieve one within 6 months of being in post, or where a trainer is in development within 6 months completing the development plan
  • Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient approach to tasks
