Job Title:
Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver

Location:
Rockcliffe, Carlisle

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our team.

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, handling various materials within our waste site.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials on the waste site.
Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
Proven experience as an FLT Driver
Strong attention to safety and adherence to protocols.
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Due to the location, you will be required to have a full driving license and be able to get to site.
