Description

Delivery and support the delivery of the portfolio of LV & MV Variable Speed Drives services to meet customers needs, including hands on technical maintenance and repair activities on site, supporting factory activities and direct customer technical support

Provide prompt and timely support to customers needs during and outside of normal working hours, including contribution to a 24/7 on call Rota

Description
Ø Deliver excellent customer service.

Ø Ensuring the portfolio of services is delivered effectively to satisfy customers.

Ø Support the department business targets for orders, revenues, EBIT and Utilisation

Ø Provide prompt and timely support to customers needs during and outside of normal working hours, including contribution to a 24/7 on call Rota.

Ø Interact and work directly with customers at varying levels to meet their expectations of the Service product.

Ø Ensure legal compliance for customers.

Ø Responsive to customer requests.

Ø Develop and maintain key customer relationships.

Ø Planning and organising of own time to maximise customer facing time

Profile

Expected
Ø High degree of technical knowledge of Drives Products and services.

Ø Strong background in an Industrial sector.

Ø Demonstrate excellent customer focus.

Ø Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Minimum ONC or equivalent)

Ø Good networking and strong people skills.

Ø Results orientation.

Desirable
Ø Experience of differing business sectors and industry familiarisation.
