ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Payroll Officer with a proven track record in processing end-to-end payrolls.
You will have a keen attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication and administration skills and the ability to thrive in a scaling dynamic environment.
You Are:
- An experienced payroll processor capable of managing payrolls from start to finish.
- Proficient in IT systems and data input, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent in communication, both written and verbal.
- A strong team player
- Detailoriented, with a mature and dedicated approach to your work and interactions with clients and team members.
- Experience with Tronc and Brightpay as well as a strong user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- An empathetic and collaborative team player who values flexibility and can handle highpressure situations effectively
- Adept at managing multiple priorities efficiently and adapting to changing situations with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Processing multiple payrolls for various clients on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Managing payrolls from start to finish, including inputting all relevant details such as holidays, start and leave dates, and hours worked.
- Liaising with HMRC for all payrollrelated matters.
- Preparing and managing payroll journals.
- Undertaking general payroll duties as directed by the Head of Payroll.
