£27-28,000
per annum


Location:
Hybrid - Home/office (minimum 2 days a week in our London office)


Hours:
Full Time (40 hours week)

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Payroll Officer with a proven track record in processing end-to-end payrolls.

You will have a keen attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication and administration skills and the ability to thrive in a scaling dynamic environment.


You Are:


  • An experienced payroll processor capable of managing payrolls from start to finish.
  • Proficient in IT systems and data input, with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent in communication, both written and verbal.
  • A strong team player
  • Detailoriented, with a mature and dedicated approach to your work and interactions with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Tronc and Brightpay as well as a strong user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • An empathetic and collaborative team player who values flexibility and can handle highpressure situations effectively
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities efficiently and adapting to changing situations with ease.

Responsibilities:


  • Processing multiple payrolls for various clients on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
  • Managing payrolls from start to finish, including inputting all relevant details such as holidays, start and leave dates, and hours worked.
  • Liaising with HMRC for all payrollrelated matters.
  • Preparing and managing payroll journals.
  • Undertaking general payroll duties as directed by the Head of Payroll.
