PROPERTY MANAGER- Residential Lettings and Property Management

Location:
Woking, GU21

Salary:
£32k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time


A fantastic opportunity for a determined, enthusiastic and experienced residential
Property Manager to join a successful independent
Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the
Woking area.

You will be highly organised, personable and possess excellent customer service skills.

You will enjoy on the spot problem solving and be capable of building excellent working relationships with Tenants, Landlords and contractors as well as the rest of theLettings team.


A comprehensive knowledge of lettings processes and legislation would be very helpful and experience in dealing with notices, safety certificates and maintenance issues would also be helpful.


Knowledge of the Woking area will be a distinct advantage

Skills:
The skills required for thisProperty Manager role will include:

  • Experience in Property Management
  • Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Have some knowledge of the Woking area (preferable)
