Behaviour Mentor wanted for Pupil Referral Unit in Wandsworth

Are you passionate about working with secondary aged students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you have experience working on a 1:1 basis to support students in their academic and personal development?


If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you A Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Wandsworth is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join the team on a long-term basis.


As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for working with individual students on a 1:1 basis to support their academic and personal development.

This will include working with students to improve their behaviour, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.

You will also work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that the students receive the best possible support.


Responsibilities include:


  • Supporting individual students on a 1:1 basis
  • Improving behaviour, social skills, and emotional wellbeing
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Keeping accurate records and monitoring progress
  • Planning and delivering interventions
