I am seeking an IT Project Engineer to join a growing team at a well-established, award-winning Managed Service Provider located in St.

Albans.

As a vital member of the team, you will work both remotely and on-site with customers and the internal teams to providetechnical solutions and deliver projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and within scope.

You will also work with customers to understand their technology needs and provide technical solutions that meet their business requirements.

In addition, you will be responsible for providing 2nd to 3rd line support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and technologies.


This will include:


  • IT Projects Delivering Experience
  • Providing 2nd to 3rd line support

  • Sharepoint, Intune, One Drive and Teams

  • Azure

  • VM Ware and Hyper V
  • Exchange
  • DNS/DHCP
  • MSP Experience (Desirable)
