Introduction
Asiatic is one of Europe's leading importers and distributors of quality têxtile products from around the world.

They operate from two 25,000+ square metre warehouses and their own dedicated sourcing offices & fulfilment centres in China, India, and Turkey.

Planning Assistant

As the Planning Assistant, you will reporting directly into the Planning Lead and support them with day-to-day admin and ensure smooth communication with the wider team.

Main tasks include:

Providing daytoday administrative support to the Planning Lead
Running and Sharing weekly trade reports with senior management
Supporting the weekly/monthly forecasting
Working closely with the Buying teams to keep planning document updated
Evaluating the running of the department, whilst focusing on lead times and general performance
Supporting with ad hoc analysis so that our teams make the right decisions
Assisting Supply Chain Coordinator with adhoc requests

We'd love to meet someone who is/has

Previous experience as a Merchandising Administrator, Allocator or International MAA
Adaptable, flexible and proactive
Strong numerical and analytical skills with intermediate Excel skills (Ifs & xlookups)
