Role Insight


We're all about the customer experience here at Watchfinder so first and foremost your role will be to ensure that your client receives the best customer experience, leaving them with a smile on their face and a watch on their wrist.


Demonstrating a proactive approach and driven mindset you will network with your clients, guiding them through the sales process where you will forge long standing and very fulfilling relationships.


Collaborating with your colleagues is essential to positive performance which is why we firmly believe that teamwork is fundamental to being successful at Watchfinder.


How will you make an impact?

  • Managing your ongoing pipeline of customer enquiries and building effective relationships with clients to maximise to fullest conversion
  • Support customers from the beginning to end of the sales process, including servicing and warranty related issues.
  • Negotiating sales of watches (Often with a part exchange involved) to secure a deal with the best possible margin
  • Managing "live" orders post payment and dealing with after sales queries from your customers
  • Answering to and supporting the business with translation queries and exercises
  • Liaising with boutiques to arrange appointments for watch viewings and collections
  • Build effective relationships with other key departments in the business
  • Proactively outreaching to top customers based on business requests and campaigns.
