Description

Pebble Lodge is a purpose built 10 bed general adolescent unit for young people aged between 12 and 18 years, who are experiencing acute and severe mental health problems.

Pebble Lodge also provides an education and day programme service for these young people.

We are seeking to recruit flexible, enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our progressive multidisciplinary team.

You will be required to undertake aPrevention and Management of Violence and Aggressioncourse and it is a condition of your employment that you successfully complete all aspects of this course; if this is not achieved you will not be able to commence working in the post.

Employment in this post requires a Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

You will carry out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of, and supervised by, a Registered Nurse. The working hours of these posts will be flexible to meet the needs of the service. This could include Out of Hours cover including evening, nights and weekend work.
