As a vital member of the team, you'll be contributing to the development of the culture in line with their values, partnering and supporting the HR Team to help them build and develop an exceptional service to their employees.


What will the role involve?

  • Design and delivery of internal and external communication content to be shared across internal and external channels including social media;
  • Lead on employee business news, liaising and working closely with IT so it engages our people;
  • Lead on employee engagement survey and making sure improvements are known, understood, and acted upon;
  • Create thoughtful and creative recruitment/employee engagement campaigns and track for success;
  • Engage regularly with employees.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures and SOPs, making sure there is full support from stakeholders and your line management;

  • Act as lead for recruiting teams and report on successful hires and find solutions for those roles which are a challenge to recruit for;
  • Design employee promotion policies and processes which support employee engagement;
  • Calculate employee engagement metrics; retention and turnover rates and upload onto the power BI app and report these to HR & Talent Manager i.e., time to hire, cost per hire and click through rates;
  • Perform benchmark analyses of employee compensation and benefits;
  • Taking ownership for endtoend recruitment process, including attraction, engagement, selection, onboarding, and succession planning;
  • Proactively look for talent through a variety of platforms including social media and networking events including new methods i.e., social recruiting and Boolean searches etc;
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
  • Deliver recruitment training to hiring managers, including interview testing tools;
  • Actively seek to become an employer of choice through standards, communication, Glass Door and recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Experience in a HR Advisor role with exposure to employee engagement;
  • Someone with a positive, outgoing, "can do" attitude.
