Customer Support Coordinator - IMMEDIATE START

£11.50p/h - Temporary until September

Tewkesbury | Full Time | Monday - Friday

About You:

Excellent people and communication skills
Strong IT skills
Experience with orders would be advantageous.
Very high attention to details with high level of accuracy
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and think quickly

Key Responsibilities:

Order processing both booking in, releasing and preparing delivery notes
General office duties, filing, archiving
Data preparation and maintaining customer profiles
Attending various team meetings
Use relevant systems to keep detailed notes on all conversations with customers
Communicate with management and team members to ensure the smooth running of daytoday duties
