As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential Childcare Workers to join our dynamic team.

About You:

• You will have experience of working in a similar role and with children who have emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
• You will be committed to developing relationships with children that enable them to trust adults to meet their needs.

We will need you to

• Work shift patterns that reflect the needs of children which will include day shifts, sleep shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Be available to children and be sensitive to their feelings
• Offer acceptance to build their selfesteem.
• Enable and support young people to feel valued.
• Help our children feel that they belong.
• Implement policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children.

What We Offer

• Full time roles up to 40 hours per week.
• A competitive salary package of £26,000 £28,000 per annum depending on experience and qualification (prorata for part time).
