We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant to join a team in Ashford.

As a temporary member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling newly constructed homes to prospective buyers.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our new homes, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct property tours and guide potential buyers through the sales process, including explaining pricing, incentives, and financing options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our properties through open houses, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other paperwork.
  • Coordinate with the sales administration team to ensure smooth and timely processing of sales transactions.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Ashford and surrounding areas' real estate market.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sales documentation.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
