Apprentice Support Assistant with TRUTRAK Limited:

You will never work for another company like us, we like to have a laugh and we also try and arrange work outings.

We also have an office Dog called Dude. There will be lots of phone answering lots of phone calls in and out. You will be trained in what the device does and what the customer wants from the tracker.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Data entry
  • Provide a contact and liaison point for customers with account Queries
  • Assist in preparation of stock for despatch
  • Posting payments to Sage 50
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Processing orders

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3 Qualification
  • Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade has not been achieved

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Possibility of progressing up through the company
