Are you a creative and passionate person who wants to help shape and define the product strategy of a growing company.

Working across a portfolio of 4-7 Scrum teams, you will be building a high performing product management function as we continue to scale our P&E team.

MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world.

Following an internal promotion, we are hiring for a Head of Product to lead our talented team of Product Owners.

This is a hybrid position based in our Brighton office for 2 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working remotely.

What you'll do day to day:

Drive product vision, strategy and metrics for the product organisation and support your team of product owners in doing the same for their teams.
Work with the exec team and our community of stakeholders to understand what is important to the business.
Translate detailed strategy to the team in a way that resonates and inspires engagement.
Help POs translate toplevel business goals into OKRs and roadmaps, supervising progress and measuring impact across several teams.
Support and coach your team to ensure they are focused on the right things at the right time.
Work across the P&E department to ensure we are radiating transparency to build confidence within our stakeholder community and allow teams to maintain focus.
Build a team of highly effective individuals, ensuring they are developing towards their goals and working at an infinitely sustainable pace.
Foster strong relationships with senior leaders across the business, helping to manage constraints, tradeoffs and dependencies.
Partner with your Engineering and Design peers to cultivate an ethos of impact and performance within the whole P&E team.
Work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure the platform supports the company's short

- and long-term goals.

Obsess over the customer experience and champion the customer in all conversations.

Skills you'll need

A tenured product leader, you should be experienced in driving product strategy across multiple teams
Passionate about hiring, mentoring and nurturing diverse teams. Dedicated to crafting an inclusive space where people can learn, collaborate and thrive.
Proven record of delivering largescale strategic technologyenabled initiatives.
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills to foster collaboration and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
You'll have an extensive toolkit to coach the team in prioritisation, decisionmaking, discovery techniques, tradeoffs, and stakeholder management.
Values outcomes over output. Constantly looking for ways to streamline processes to drive results.
Techliterate, you are happy to delve into the nittygritty of a technical solution in order to solve difficult problems, and you can communicate technical nuances to less technically savvy stakeholders.
A fantastic storyteller and communicator, able to champion the product vision to the whole MPB community, keeping product front and centre by communicating the value that product delivers to the business and our customers.
