Description

Identify, communicate, and resolve supplier NC cases in 30 days

Inspecting and booking in goods into the warehouse following QDA and SAP guidelines
Review and add necessary inspection elements
Ensure proper reporting as part of our continuous quality improvement
Review of documentation before shipment to customers
Prepare and deliver materials in line with the productino plan
Familiar with COSHH / HSE requirements in a warehouse environment
Administrative tasks and other duties as required

Tasks

Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System
Be involved in internal audits
Handle and coordinate nonconformance issues
Accurate booking in of items into warehouse locations
Maintain high safety standards and work with the HSE department to report incidents and highlight risks so they can be managed appropriately.
Be aware of nonconforming materials and alert the Warehouse Lead.
Report on material usage.
Assist with ongoing projects such as Kanban setup, uncontrolled floor stock and backflushing.

Professional Competence

Good basic education 5 GCSE or equivalent to include mathematics
2 years' experience of working in stores in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift and other lifting equipment certification will be essential.
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
SAP experience preferred

Team player and understand how to work in line and matrixorganizations.
Understanding of safety and quality processes and reporting.
Are diligent and structured
Pay attention to detail
Are independent, selfmanaging and proactive
Physically fit and capable of lifting / moving equipment and parts about in a warehouse environment
