The Role of the Business Support Officer is to provide business support to Managers, Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers within the Adult Social Care Team.

Duties include:

  • M aintain timely, accurate and up to date records and information for management and other professionals showing commitment for the role.
  • Follow processes and procedures adhering to strict timescales, escalating tasks where necessary.
  • Work closely with colleagues, managers and other professionals to deliver an effective and highquality service ensuring targets are met
