Description

As Head chef you will report to the General Manager with complete responsibility for all aspects of food production from sourcing local Scottish suppliers to delivering customer excellence in the finished dish.

Along with the product development plannedfor the Hotel there are great opportunities to develop the food standards and offering at the hotel.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for a kitchen brigade of 7- adding to your team and developing talent as the business grows.

You are a leader with a passion for developing and delivering fresh and innovative food.

As a driven chef, natural organiser and someone who can both manager the day-to-day of the kitchen and look to the future with meticulous forward planning, you will beresponsible for driving the Food offering at the 5-star Inn while maintaining impeccable standards.

You will be responsible for the food safety and profitability of your own department. You will seek out opportunities to increase revenues and deliver to key business metrics.

Working in conjunction with the Restaurant manager and other departments at theHotel, you will be responsible for driving the food culture and food standards at the restaurant and busy bar.
