My client has established itself as a reputable supplier mainly to multinationals across the globe. They specialize in placing both contract and permanent IT consultants internationally in large organizations around the world.

Working in conjunction with proven IT specialists, they provide services to a variety of clients on projects and support contracts across Europe, USA and Asia.

  • To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate:_
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some experience working either with in the admin, compliance or finance departments
  • Maintaining accurate documents and organise and maintain retention of contracts and documents in accordance with data retention policies of the company
  • Provide general and administrative support to the backoffice in its daytoday tasks
  • Organising events and conferences, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, as well as managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Assisting Sales, Management and Directors with the provision and/or chasing of documents, analysis, reports
  • Assisting the Directors with administrative tasks and queries
  • Acting as a first point of contact when dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filling systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Finance Operations:


  • Assist with timesheet collection for external contractors and verify timesheets are completed and approved as per requirements
  • Verify consultant expenses are complete and approved as per contract and requirements
  • Verify and process consultants' approved timesheets and expenses
  • Liaise with the team regarding any technical issues with consultants' timesheets and/or expenses
  • Where appropriate flag issues and exceptions to the Head of Operations
  • Understand internal systems and processes and work with colleagues to improve the efficiency of duties performed
  • Under the direction and supervision of the Head of Operations, verify and enter contractor invoices into Xero for processing and timely payment
  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance and Finance departments to ensure that consultant payments are processed in a timely fashion
  • Creating and updating contracts for clients and consultants

General Operations & Administration

  • Consultant Care and ensuring a smooth, seamless, and consistent experience
  • Provide ad hoc operations and administrative support to the operations team
  • Deal, vendor and client data updates, maintenance and tracking in Mercury
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to work reliably and independently
  • Well organised and positive attitude with cando approach
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solution oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
