Are you looking for a varied part-time job working from home 5 days a week 3 hours a day supporting with a varied range of administration duties?-
You will need to live locally to Stamford to attend regular meetings and visit sites and will have your own transport.
Areas of responsibility include:
Bookkeeping
- Enter all invoices into Xero, categorise using the correct nominal codes
- Check and file bank statements
- Reconcile all accounts
- Submit monthly CIS returns
- Submit monthly VAT returns
Inbox & Diary Management
- Set up inbox rules
- Inbox management escalating and filed in folders for Directors
- Scan important docs and file
General administration
- Collate and file paperwork for sites eg building regulations certificates, Hetas (Heating Equipment Testing and Approvals Scheme certificates
- Product warranty details
Hours: 3 hours per day (tba), 5 days a week Monday - Friday
Salary:
£23,000 - £28,000 FTE depending on experience
