are seeking an experienced Customer Representative to join our busy Advice Centre Team, working closely with our wider team liaising with your Compliance and Retrofit colleagues.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making outbound calls to residents to organise appointments for assessments. Explaining the assessment process to the resident and answering any queries on the process.
  • Booking all confirmed Assessments will the relevant Assessor via the booking system.
  • Updating the record in the CRM with details of the confirmed appointment.
  • Inputting all interaction with residents onto the CRM, and seeing queries through to completion, ensuring 360 degree communication.
  • Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to your line manager whilst keeping the resident updated throughout the process.
  • To ensure all Company policies and procedures are followed and are adhered to and documented.
  • To be the main point of tenant contact, liaising with operational colleagues ensuring that tenants are kept fully informed of progress at all times.
  • Being an adaptable member of the Advice Centre Team, supporting in areas across the department during peak periods

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • English Language — Excellent knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to learn new, cloud based software

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (required)
