£19,000 to £23,000 per annum (based on experience)


Contract type:
Permanent


Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

CUBO Works, 38 Carver Street, Sheffield, S1 4FS

As the Membership & Services Administrator you will provide comprehensive administration across the commercial team helping to ensure key objectives and targets are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and learn new skills as you will be supporting core business activities across the Membership, Training, Marketing, Events, and Finance functions.


Specific scope of work includes

  • Assist with training bookings and administrational tasks (internal/external).
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of key business events (internal/external).
  • Support the marketing and communications function with administrational support.
  • Ensuring that key membership and account information is updated on the client management system (Microsoft Dynamics) and financial software (Xero).
  • Provide key financial and performance data to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • To be a brand ambassador and champion Sheffield as the best place in the UK to start, grow, and run a successful business.
  • Any other task deemed necessary to fulfil the overall objectives of the business.

Skills and experience required

  • Experience of a Client Management System (CRM) and the updating of key information within it.
  • Experience of Microsoft 36
  • Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellence written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of financial software is desirable, but not essential.
  • An eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy work schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Able to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Selfmotivation, driven and committed.
