Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator to work closely under the direction of the Operations PMO Lead and support the COO.

In this role you will be working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out to the highest possible standard of accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

  • Note taking, minute taking and good document presentation skills with strong attention to detail and proofreading capability.
  • Experience of using MS Office software and strong computer literacy.
  • A good understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and show initiative in dealing with daytoday problems.
