The Role:


Seeking a Corporate Senior Associate 5 years PQE, this firm is looking to help you build upon your experience and offers an opportunity to work with an award-winning team based in Guildford.


Joining the highly-regarded Corporate team, you will be working alongside the 10 experienced partners in one of the leading practices outside of London, and is aided by their brilliant support team.

Teamwork underpins the values on which this department works. All of the fee earners in this teamwork in a colligate and cohesive way.


You will be working on a diverse and captivating caseload including Private M&A, private equity, high growth companies, shareholder agreements, corporate rationalisations/reorganisations, general corporate advising and more, meaning that no two days are ever the same.


Requirements:


  • You will be a Corporate Senior Associate 5 years of relevant PQE
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • An appetite for progression
