We are looking for a Sales Development Representative reporting to B2B Strategy & Sales Manager to service and develop the sales business.
You will be part of B2B team to assess the sales functions, objectives and requirements of the organisation; determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions.
You need to be a quick learner and has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Responsibilities
Understanding with customers' need and identifying sales opportunities;
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales manager in next steps;
Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook
Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services;
Collect information about competing products and services.
Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities;
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market;
Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales manager;
Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy;
Accomplishes assigned sales goals
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Required skills and qualifications
One or two years of experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization;
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) ;
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
Proficiency with MS-Outlook, MS-Teams, MS-Office
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reading: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
