Description
We are looking for a suitably experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. This post is full time substantive position for 37.5hrs per week, working with the Autism assessment service (DAANA).

You do not need to be an expert in ASC, we encourage applicants with a range of appropriate experience and we will support you to learn in the post.

There are 3 other SMHPs in the team, Assistant psychologists, a senior OT and clinical psychologists.

At the time of advert we are working a hybrid model of remote working from home and out of our base in Exeter.

  • As a team we are enthusiastic about working with this client group and find the work rewarding and interesting. We work alongside our colleagues in the ADHD part of the service and have a general focus on neurodiversity. We also work alongside most other services within the trust because some of our clients have a range of different needs. There is a good variety in the job role and also the client group which means constantly learning and a lot of diversity._
