We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality project delivery services to both internal and external clients, supporting the acquisition of new business and the successful delivery of work packages and small projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the delivery of assigned projects or activities, ensuring adherence to agreed time, quality, scope, and cost parameters.
  • Follow documented delivery, approval, and acceptance processes.
  • Monitor and report on the project's budget, expenditure, and costs against delivered components and outcomes.
  • Plan the project and actively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Management team to appoint individuals to project teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of new products or services meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints in accordance with the project plan and governance arrangements.
  • Manage thirdparty contributions to the project, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies to ensure the project's successful outcome.
  • Report project progress regularly to internal and external governance bodies.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable but not essential.
