We are currently looking to bring on an experienced, commercially minded credit control specialist to join our finance team in London.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
  • Keeping customer retention levels high and customer relations
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Providing administrative support to finance team
  • Keeping very close watch on debtor account balances
  • Reducing debtors' 'Days Sales Outstanding'
  • Ensuring the team adhere to credit and collection procedures

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in either Finance, Accounting or Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to clearly explain financial matters
  • Business acumen
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience within the recruiting industry is preferred but not essential
