Description
We're looking for a Trainer to join our Kier Places Team based in the Basingstoke area. Within this role working among a great team, joining a fast-growing business to deliver training on both business systems and business process

Responsibilities


As a Trainer, you'll be working on engaging in projects and the development of new capabilities to be able to build materials efficiently and cascade to required teams, supporting them in various areas.


Your day to day will include:

  • Delivery of system and process orientated training via teams and face to face in either a classroom environment or one on one scenarios.
  • Produce and enhance all training material to support delivery of training, evaluation, post training refresher and selflearning across multiple media methods including documents, videos, and elearning platform.
  • Continually evaluate the business for gaps in system and process knowledge, identifying areas for additional training and support to make sure all users are up to standard.
  • Capture issues, opportunities for improvement and requirements during day to day and training delivery and feed back to the change team for review.
  • Support the business analyst with process maturity activities and documentation, including the development of process maps and standard operating procedures.

What are we looking for?
This role of Trainer is great for you if you:

  • Strong experience with working with video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premier, Camtasia.
  • Experience with building and developing training materials and courses on a Learning Management System LMS.
  • Excellent and demonstrable communicator.
  • Must have strong experience working in a system and processbased training role
