    Overview

    Step into an impactful role with Gallagher as a Complaints Manager, where you'll drive meaningful improvements in our pension administration services.     How you'll make an impact

    As a Complaints Manager, you'll take the lead in managing our complaints process, ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently. By analysing complaints and Errors & Omissions, you'll uncover trends and drive meaningful improvements. Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll play a key role in reducing complaints, streamlining processes, and enhancing the experience for pension scheme members. You'll also spearhead national initiatives and champion continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on the quality of our services.

    About You

    What You'll Bring to the Role:

      • Proven experience in managing complaints, preferably within trust-based pensions administration.
      • Exceptional ability to simplify complex information and communicate it with clarity.
      • Knowledge of trust-based pension schemes such as DB, DC, CARE, or Hybrid (a plus).
      • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage workloads and meet deadlines.
      • An understanding of professional standards and regulatory practices.
      • A proactive attitude and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications if not already achieved.
