Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits package


  • As the Head of Order Process and Systems you will play a pivotal role in optimising our order processes for seamless operations. You will be expected to maintain the sales portal and any related systems to ensure a streamline network for efficient truck orders.
  • You, with your proven managerial experience, and a history of effective team leadership skills will foster a collaborative and positive working environment where all colleagues are valued, trusted, and encouraged. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset with the ability to inspire and guide your team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor, manage and act on orders and the pipeline.
  • Ensure product structures are kept up to date and compliant for the Dealer Network.
  • Manage forecasting in cooperation with the Sales and Presales department.
  • Deliver forecasts according to decided method (based on analytical parameters such as history, actual order intake, quotations, prospects, targets, etc.)
  • Set routines to continually monitor vehicle stock at various points in chassis logistics flow.
  • Continuous development of the flow from Order to Delivery.
  • Handle delivery planning process including transports.
  • Keep the Salesperson and other stakeholders informed of all deviations and/or changes.
  • Handle support from logistics desk at factory and distributor.
