Within the HR Division, Organisational Capability (OC) seeks to enable organisational performance through developing the capabilities our colleagues need today and for the future.
As a member of the OC team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the FCA Academy including the line management of our Academy Support Team (AST).
The FCA Academy provides the core learning services our people need to perform exceptionally and develop themselves professionally.
This is a great time to join the Organisational Capability team, and we are seeking a person who puts continuous improvement at the heart of their work, as our learning offering should adapt to the needs of the FCA.
In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in helping us improve our training content, methods, and delivery to enhance learning outcomes for our colleagues.
What you will be doing (the role)- Oversee the operational and contractual management of the FCA Academy, ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery of services- Drive continuous service improvement in collaboration with the Capability Development Manager- Coordinate the scheduling and management of learning events, providing top-notch customer service to facilitate access to development opportunities that boost colleague capabilities- Spearhead the assessment of learning interventions, analysing their impact on performance and strategic alignment through data-led evaluations- Cultivate and manage relationships with Managed Learning Services and content suppliers, ensuring they meet KPIs and SLAs while aligning with organizational learning standards- Guide the Academy Support Team, balancing workload and fostering a culture of innovation, also act as a role model in managing performance and promoting inclusivity- Oversee the Workday Learning system to enhance user experience and ensure integration with HR functions- Provide analytical reports to inform strategic findings related to learning and development

Minimum- Proven experience of service delivery with a strong customer service mindset- Track record of success of managing budgets and suppliers- Demonstrable evidence of managing systems to enhance colleague experience
