Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Maintenance Contractor in the London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Manager to join their team covering Major Planned works within the South East London.

They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager working within Property Services who has covered and overseen Major Planned works projects and contracts.

You will be accountable for managing the delivery of projects in order to maximise returns andensure high standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and customer satisfaction are met.

As an Operations Manager, you will have a proven background in the successful delivery of planned maintenance programmes within a Contractor environment, to include internal and external works.

You will be experienced in managing teams to ensure works arebeing delivered to an excellent standard and in line with business and client expectations.

Key Knowledge:

Previous experience of working for a social housing contractor
A formal Managing Health & Safety Qualification
Proven track record of leading successful teams and exceeding performance targets
Minimum relevant Level 6 qualification (NVQ) or relevant membership of professional body (MCIOB/MICE) and/or construction related degree

Proficient IT skills
