Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) Specialist with a desire to expand their expertise into corporate insolvency administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Corporate Insolvency cases, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial circumstances to determine eligibility and suitability for Corporate Insolvency.
- Engage with creditors to negotiate favorable terms and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and streamline operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in administering IVAs, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities, particularly in assessing financial viability and risk.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to training for corporate insolvency administration.
- Previous experience in a financial or insolvencyrelated role is advantageous.

£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
