Plumbing Coordinator - Bicester - Permanent

£23K - £25K


Type:
Permanent - Full time


Hours:8am - 5pm

Our client has a great new opportunity for a Plumbing Coordinator to join their team.

The role is ideally for someone who can manage the daily up-keep and accountability of departmental administration duties supporting the business needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Allocating and updating engineer schedules when required
  • Ordering materials and creating purchase orders while liaising with suppliers
  • Updating and managing customer/client records effectively
  • Taking incoming calls responding to enquiries appropriately and efficiently
  • Supporting the line manager in any other administration tasks when required
  • Provide great customer service and build great relationships across the business
  • Collect and maintain work schedules to confirm success and completion

Requirements:


  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Experience in similar role is an advantage
  • Can use time management effectively
