About our client
Our client looks at innovative technology-based businesses within the West of the UK. They have £1bn AUM and the technology venture team typically deploy £12 to £14m each year.

Investments can be structured into equity, loans or mezzanine or a combination ofthe above and will be targeted at technology based, IP rich, fast growth companies.

This is a fantastic fund to join as a junior investor, where you will experience high deal flow and be exposed to exciting innovative technologies from SaaS, digital media,telecoms, IOT, data analytics, and security software.

What the job involves

As an investment executive your responsibilities will be:

Sourcing and screening of potential investment opportunities
Building and maintaining your network within the VC ecosystem
Execution of deals and carrying out Due Diligence, both market and financial.
Flexible working with one day a week based in either Wrexham or Cardiff.

Who we are looking for:

Strong communication and origination skills
A keen interest in technology and Venture Capital
13 years experience in either Venture capital, Corporate Finance, Transactional Services or Leverage Finance
