Venn Group are delighted to once again be working with one of our esteemed public sector clients to source a diligent and driven Head of Resourcing for the following assignment:

Location:
Remote with occasional travel to Norfolk

Rate:
£380.17 per day

Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract: 6 months +

Your duties will include:

Designing and implementing a robust and effective recruitment strategy to be used across all areas of the organisation
Drafting interview questions for a wide variety of roles, from administrative positions through to directorlevel
Ensuring compliance with national guidance and appropriate employment law
Overseeing assessment centres/days, ensuring that KPI's are met and that the processes in place are fit for purpose
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to develop buyin for the change programme whilst also ensuring that any new processes are being adhered to
Prior experience leading the recruitment function in a large, public sector, organisation
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills
