Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being.

Duties:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
Monitor and report changes in client's health status
Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to develop care plans

Qualifications:

Previous experience in senior care or related field is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and provide physical support to clients
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
