Role Overview:


The Change Management Lead will be an experienced professional with a strong background in CX strategy, business transformation, executive stakeholder engagement, communications, and large-scale project engagement.

This role will be responsible for stewarding the business transformation across the Precision Division.

The role will be to work across departments & the globe, manage a wide range of stakeholders and serve as the primary liaison for external change partners (for CRM only) and internal teams.

The role will initially focus on creating and executing an Experience Change Management strategy (change, training, communications) for the technology component of the new CRM and responsibility will be inclusive of CX Strategic Transformation Roadmap items related to change and adoption of the business.

This role will work closely with Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, CRM Director, Customer Insights team, HR, IT, Data teams and contractors/vendors to ensure continued success, appropriate prioritization, and improved efficiencies of our customer experience and corresponding technology.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and influence the business transformation activities within the CRM Programme, including Stakeholder mapping, Change Impact Assessment and Communication
  • Ensure that the solution is effectively adopted through quality of training delivery and support of a change network for ongoing solution understanding
  • Manage organizational readiness through direct stakeholder review, supported by wider surveys to ensure that the businesses are prepared for solution change and have the skills needed to grow
  • Manage partner delivery in line with agreed engagement contracts
  • Ensure that all materials required for the above are provided and maintained to the correct standard: including communications templates, training and adoption materials development, Change Impact Assessment and related KPIs
  • Own the approval of Change deliverable outputs related to the CRM Programme

What You'll Bring

  • Experience owning the change management strategy and plans on large scale, global experience transformation projects
  • Deep program management experience, skills and resources to support a matrixed organizational transformation
  • Experience assessing business objectives, defining a related change strategy and work plans to lead the project to success
  • An ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Progressive and professional experience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large scale global projects
  • Proven ability to build a complex change network
