Description

We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing business to maintain the warehouse, help with deliveries and assist with multiple internal tasks.

You will be dealing directly with customers and our internal team daily so excellent communication and personal skills are essential along with a professional can do attitude.

• Dispatching goods via our courier service
• Picking orders for delivery
• Unloading, checking and booking in deliveries from suppliers
• Delivering in the local area when required
• Resolve issues quickly
• Using counterbalance forklift
• Liaising with the internal and external sales team to help meet customer deadlines.
• Working to maximise space in the warehouse
• Building/ Maintaining Welding Machines (Training will be given)
• Checking in returns and Hire equipment upon return.

• Full UK driving license with no more than 3 points on licence. (Min 2 years' experience).

• The ability to interact and communicate with customers professionally at all times
• An interest in the welding and engineering would be an advantage
• Excellent peopleskills and a motivated, proactive approach
• High level of drive to set the highest possible customer service levels
• Excellent Organizational Abilities
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally
• To be able to work using own initiative and be selfmotivated
• To be flexible and a team player

• 23 Days holiday plus bank holidays
• Uniform and safety equipment provided.
• Hours of work; Monday-Friday 08:00 17:00
