The Best Connection (Newcastle) are recruiting for a
Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in Follingsby Park.
The role:
- Make inbound calls to customers advising them of delivery times
- General office duties and housekeeping
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Accurately tracking and monitoring stock numbers on site
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to get to Follingsby Park for 9am in the morning
- Able to work weekends when on rota
Pay + Hours:
- 07:00am 19:00pm
- 5 shifts over 7 days
- Will include weekend work
- Pay to be reviewed after 3 months
