Operations Team Support

Our Client, one of the leading infrastructure services and engineering companies is seeking an Operations team support member.


You'll assist in providing the needed support of the A&A Operations team around all team communications both internal and external, in consistent alignment with the Company brand and core messaging from group communications.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the A&A Comms plan and calendar
  • Support business initiatives with all communication requirements
  • Work with business leads to maintain a pipeline of external engagement
  • Sharing all key business process updates and messaging
  • Events Management for the team as required
  • Awards Entry Support
  • Proactive and professional marketing and communication support across all the A&A businesses

Responsibilities:


  • First escalation point for communication query resolution
  • Own communication delivery across the advisory and analytics
  • Maintain relevant communication channels for every area of the business
  • Deliver end to end projects within specialist area
  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout every area of the business and division
  • Define and seek necessary approvals for materials and content
  • Ensure communications policies are followed as well as manage and own
- distribution of communication materials

  • Delivering a valueadd communications service that meet the business needs.
  • Share best practice and support to colleagues throughout the business.
  • Hybrid working arrangement (commuting into the London office 12 days a week).
  • Monday to Friday (Office hours 09H00 17H00)
  • 37.5hrs a week.
- £150 daily

  • Temporary position (with possibility of extension)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
From £150.00 per day
