We're currently looking for a
Resource Coordinator on a full time, 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This position sits within the Resource Planning team. The role will be based at 110 Queen St, Glasgow

The Job
Reporting to the Resource Planning Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

  • Monitor real-time information and identify issues that meet the criteria for escalation.
  • Monitor planning information about the coming days/weeks.
  • Track & analyse data on absence, training etc.
  • Undertake scheduling tasks that are well defined.
  • Process requests for schedule changes (adhoc or permanent).
  • Input requests for timeoff or reported absence.
  • Gather and review information on contact volumes, handling times and 'shrinkage factors'.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in other teams/departments.

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a basic understanding of realtime operational planning and management.
  • Understands the stages and timescales of the scheduling process.
  • Understands how planning fits into the wider customer experience.
  • Has the ability to use their initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Is a team player willing to be adaptable and flexible in a fastmoving environment.
