What does the role involve?
Reporting to the HR Compliance Manager, as an HR Compliance Coordinator you'll work as part of our People Services and HR Compliance team; supporting on compliance related workstreams and providing HR guidance to all Novuna employees.
You'll work in a supportive environment, where a bespoke training plan will be created that is tailored to your learning needs and there will be lots of opportunities to learn new skills.
We're also in the process of implementing a brand new HR system so there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in the project and help us on the transition journey.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Supporting the HR Compliance Manager with all HR related risks, incidents, and compliance projects
- Ensuring proactive action is taken to identify, assess and manage emerging risks
- Providing support to all Novuna employees by dealing with HR queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Building relationships across the business and working with a wide variety of departments
You'll have a background in HR and/or a regulatory compliance related role, ideally with some exposure to the Financial Services sector and FCA regulations.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Good working knowledge of HR practices, processes and systems
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, any exposure with risk management systems would be an added desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
