Our client is looking for a
Production Parts Supervisor to assist with their daily operations in the factory. This is based in
Coatbridge.

Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm

Salary £28k-£30k per annum

Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between management and production teams, offering both managerial oversight and handson support.
Collaborate closely with the foreman to ensure smooth shop floor operations and production efficiency.
Manage procurement by ordering essential materials and parts for production.
Maintain optimal stock levels through diligent inventory management, ordering, and tracking.
Use production operative skills to assist with shop floor tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.
Work with production teams to understand material needs and improve production processes.
Resolve any material or orderrelated issues promptly and effectively. Including chasing orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a managerial or coordinating role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of the glazing and metal work industry is preferred.
Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
