Transport and Travel Assistance in Croydon

The Transport Officer will support the team manager to ensure the continued provision of an efficient and effective transport service through:
Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing with suppliers, parents/carers, and commissioners to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Experience in customer services skills including effective complaints handling.

Dealing sensitively with the needs of vulnerable adults and children.

The ability to be solutions focused, flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative.

We provide transport for over 2000 students across London via external taxi firms and our own in-house service.

Applicants must be highly organised with the ability to learn quickly, manage and work multiple systems and have a professional phone manner.
