Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for several
Domestic Assistants to join our nursing residential care services in
Borehamwood, Hertforshire.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Cleaning all surfaces and floors in public areas including the use of mechanical cleaning and polishing equipment as directed.
  • Cleaning resident's room including all surfaces and floors Cleaning toilets, baths, basins, showers and sluice rooms
  • Dusting all surfaces and furniture
  • Dusting, vacuuming and washing down of all areas
  • Cleaning of all windows
  • Polishing of mirrors, brass plates on doors and furniture (as applicable)
  • Shampooing of carpets
  • Cleaning of curtains and furniture
  • Emptying/cleaning of waste bins
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of laundry within the home
Some experience in a similar role (6 months plus) is preferred, although full training will be given.

Pay:
From £11.44 per hour
