Client Payroll Manager

New role exciting role for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage a large payroll function and a large payroll team, ensuring top end delivery on, on time accurate payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead, motivate and manage a payroll team.
- Managing a highvolume, monthly payroll.
- Maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
- Ensuring all Payroll Compliance is met.
- Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Ideally needs to be CIPP qualified.
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more.
- Experience dealing with high volumes of payroll.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
