Description

General sales administrator required to assist in the Estimating/Sales department of a busy company specialising in the Design, Supply and Installation of, Aluminium Windows, Doors and Curtain Wall Systems.

Responsible for logging new projects in, contacting clients and following up on quotations provided. Inputting data into Excel along with producing quotations.

Answering the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues

Utilise office appliances such as photocopier, printer, laminator etc.

Utilise computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation and completion etc.

Sort/maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

Scan paper files to store in electronic format

Perform other office duties as deemed necessary

All training will be provided, with the future possibility in training in sales/estimating (Career opportunity)

Pay is negotiable on experience

Hours Part time/Full time (negotiable)

Salary:
£10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
